Our Returns Policy
Conditions
Requests for returns are granted providing the following requirements are met:
- The return window for printed books is 365 days from date of purchase.
- All returns must be in Saleable Condition.
- Book(s) being returned must be currently listed in our catalog. Out of Print titles cannot be returned.
- Only printed books are eligible for return. eBooks, including PDFs, are ineligible.
- Credits will be applied on account unless purchased on a credit card. Cash refunds are not provided.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs and arrangements.
